Terms of Use — Stillstone Vault

This document is a placeholder. The complete Terms of Use are to be finalised by legal counsel prior to public launch, addressing all applicable Australian and international legal requirements.

Acceptance

By purchasing a vault, you agree to these Terms of Use. Acceptance is confirmed through the checkbox presented at purchase. A record of acceptance is maintained by Stillstone.

Nature of the Service

Stillstone provides private record-keeping infrastructure. It is not an advisory service, marketplace, or claims handler. Stillstone does not provide legal, financial, insurance, or investment advice.

Client Rights

Clients retain full ownership of all records supplied to the platform. Stillstone claims no ownership over vault contents. Clients retain the right to export, share, or delete their records subject to these terms.

Client Responsibilities

Clients are responsible for the accuracy and legality of records they supply. Clients must not use the platform to store unlawful content, facilitate fraud, or engage in prohibited activities.

Infrastructure Responsibility

Stillstone is responsible for the availability, security, and integrity of the vault infrastructure. Stillstone is not responsible for the accuracy, completeness, or legal adequacy of client-supplied records.

Limitation of Liability

Stillstone's liability is limited to the provision of infrastructure. Stillstone is not liable for outcomes arising from the use or non-use of records stored in the vault, or for decisions made based on vault contents by any party.

Payment and Renewal

Vault availability is maintained through annual payment. Non-renewal may result in suspension of vault access. Stillstone will provide reasonable notice prior to any access change. Pricing is as stated at the time of purchase.

Intellectual Property

Stillstone retains all intellectual property rights in the platform. Clients retain all rights in their records.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of Australia. Disputes will be resolved in accordance with Australian law, with international enforcement provisions where applicable.

Modifications

Stillstone may update these terms. Clients will be notified of material changes through authenticated vault communication channels.
